About Me:
i have a beautiful, loving wife who is very supportive of my fishing.a 14 yr. old daughter who is the love of my life.
i dedicated my life and service to my lord and savior jesus christ in 2000 and nothing comes before service to him.i do not fish on sundays or anytime there is something to do for him ,usually thru the church.i teach and have occassion to preach gods word in the beauty of holiness.
ive owned and operated my own business for 25 yrs.video express. i have a 55 ac. farm that i currently cut hay off of.and watch the deer and turkeys play.
Bass Tale:
my earliest recollection of bass fishin i was about 10,i would be in the middle of a 12' jon boat in the middle of the nite swattin skeeters .my dad or uncle would be skullin while the other would be frappin the water w/ a long(16')cut bamboo pole w/ a short (12'')piece of dacron line and a homemade deer hair jig.called jigger pollin.my other recollection was shiner fishin.it wasnt untill i was 12 in 64' that i got inot artificial baits.plastic worms w/ spinners on the front, hula poppers and jitterbugs.
in 76-77 i owned and operated clems bait and tackle here in lake butler.i fished outta a 10' jon boat w/ a t.m. and the battery outta my truck.sampson, palestine, dowling ,new river and lake butler were my fishin holes.in 82' i got my first bass boat a early 70's 15' terry w/ a 55 chrysler,a t.m. and a flasher.my biggest bass 9/4 came outta rowell in 77' on a big "o" shallow crankbait.ive since tied that outta lang in 06'
