Hey CAT,

They bought out the old Bumble Bee boat factory when they went out of business. Phoenix also puts out a more modestly priced of boats called Bee Line, I guess as an homage to the original.

They seems to be great boats there is one that fishes out of Bitters Bait & Tackle that looks sharp and I like the removable second console.

Do just one of my volunteer events and I will never ask you again. I won't have to ask the next time...

Doug Gilley is probably who you are thinking of from Bitters.  He hangs out there a lot.  He fishes the Bass Champions Senior Tour and is also a rep for Phoenix.  They are nice looking boats.

i sat in one down on the kissimmee chain... ridiculous attention to detail and the standard options blew me away.  the removable console (i know they're not the first,) the leds lights, the modular console on the driver side and the storage under the bow are just a few... absolutely sick.

if i had the money to buy any boat out right now, it'd be a fully rigged phoenix with a 250 yammy sho game changer...
