what lure do you guys find yourself catching must of your big fish on?? Mine would have to be a frog for sure

Although my best ever fish came on a Johnson silver minnow, I'd have to say that frogs and topwater baits in general have gotten me more big fish than other baits. I'd go this way:

1. Topwater

2. Worms etc.

3. Spinnerbait

4. Cranks

Good forum question. I look forward to everyone's answers. Especially to see if anyone would go with flipping. Even though everyone agrees that flipping CAN get you a big fish, I have spoken to very few that have actually caught lots of big ones that way.

Mine seem to be in the same order as yours accept i would have to switch 3 and 4 as i haven't really threw spinnerbaits as much as cranks

My answer is mainly due to the amount of time I use each bait during a day of fishing. These are the lures I have confidence with so it's what I use the most. 1. Buzz bait 2. Flippin plastics or jigs 3. Frogs 4. Spinner baits 5. Crank baits / jerk baits

Fish caught in 2010: 104

Mine is without a doubt lipless cranks but like many others probably simply because of the amount of time I spend throwing it. Caught a 8lber last friday on a 3/4 ounce rattle bait in Santa Fe. Of course when I fish a tournament today in Santa Fe I can't boat a single keeper.....what a surprise.

www.tacklewarehouse.com or www.mattlures.com.  I don't think I've seen them at a shop in FL but it's been a while since I've been back home.  They're a little spendy but it's he only swimbait I can get bit on.

Believe it or not, I have caught almost all big fish I have ever caught on a Bagley's Bang-O-Lure. The old style good ones are hard to find now-a-days but I still have a pretty good supply of them. For me its:

 1. Bagley's Bang-O-Lure

2. Trick Worm, Black mostly

3. Super Fluke, WR

4. Speed Worm, Junebug Red

(am I gonna be a dink all my life??)

Top water for me. Mostly buzz tail shads and frogs. Next would be flippin speed worms.
